Meet Attorney Stephanie A. Sailer
Attorney Stephanie A. Sailer brings a well-rounded legal background and a client-focused approach to her practice. She began her career representing children and families in Children in Need of Assistance cases, as well as handling guardianships, conservatorships, mental health commitments, and Medicaid applications—experience that shaped both her technical skills and her understanding of the personal side of legal matters.
For the past six years, her practice has centered on real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law. She provides thoughtful, detail-oriented guidance designed to make complex legal issues clear and manageable.
Attorney Sailer believes effective representation starts with listening—taking the time to understand each client’s situation, explain options in plain language, and help chart a path forward with confidence.

Hello, I’m Stephanie Sailer, the founder of Sailer Legal Services, PLLC, based in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Since graduating from Drake Law School in 2017, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate a variety of legal matters, including estate planning, real estate, and business law.
